School Times and Teaching Times.

The school day runs from:

• Nursery – part time nursery children are educated from 9.00-12.00 or from 12.00-3.00
• Reception – Year 2. - 8.55am to 11.45 am, and from 12.30pm to 3.00pm
• Year 3 – Year 6 - 8.45am to 12.30 pm and 1.05pm – 3.00 pm

From 8.45am to 3.00pm there is always a staff member on supervisory duty. At breakfast club and lunchtime supervisory assistants ensure the well-being of your child. The school week consists of 23.5 hours of teaching time for Key Stage 2 and 21 hours at key stage 1.

Holidays and other training days when teachers are in work but children are not will be announced as soon as they are confirmed at school. You are reminded that permission must be given by school for holidays to be taken during school time. Letters are available at reception.

Breakfast Club

The school runs a free breakfast club funded by the Welsh Government. It runs Monday to Friday from 8.10 am – 8.40 am.
